Only authorised S.E.W.F administrators can see them. Our website does not set cookies for visitors. Pages load fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser sends a request, including your IP address, to Google.
Information we may hold in our work
- Details in membership application letters and the online form
- Letters and messages sent to us
- Records of donors, grants and partners
- Information about people we serve, collected only for our programs
- Photos and stories, only with consent
Why we use it
To process membership, run our programs, keep accounts and be audited, and meet legal duties.
Our approach
We aim to handle personal data in line with the Personal Data Protection Act, 2022 (Act No. 11 of 2022): fairly and lawfully, only for clear purposes, no more than we need, kept accurate and secure, and kept no longer than necessary.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with auditors, authorities where the law requires, or partners with your consent.
Children
We take extra care with children’s information and ask a parent or guardian for consent.
Your rights
You may ask to see, correct or delete your information, or object to how we use it, by writing to our head office. You may also complain to the Personal Data Protection Commission.
Changes
If we add analytics or other forms, we will update this policy first.
